This is a digital gift card. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions and a code for using it. The card can be used as payment for all products in our webstore. The card remains valid until the credit is used up.
Send the e-gift card directly from your email to the recipient, or order the lightweight cardboard gift card along with it, write the code and details on it, and give it by post or in person!
E-gift card terms and conditions:
The digital e-gift card from My heart to yours can only be used on myhearttoyours.nl. It can be used multiple times and remains valid until the balance is used up. The gift card can be refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal, as described below.
The digital e-gift card is sent by email.
Right to cancel
Your right to terminate an agreement for the sale of products entered into via this Site, in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and any implementation thereof in national legislation, may only be exercised under the following conditions:
The digital e-gift card is unused.
Within 14 days of receiving the digital e-gift card by email from My heart to yours, you must notify us by email that you wish to exercise your right of return;
Once My heart to yours has received the cancellation notification, My heart to yours will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will only be made to the bank account used when ordering the e-gift card, excluding any applicable taxes and levies other than VAT.
My heart to yours will invalidate the digital gift card upon receipt of the cancellation notification.
After indicating that you wish to return the gift card, you may no longer use it. If this does happen, it cannot be returned. Consequently, no refund of the amount will be issued.
